Fetching User Data. - Stuck



  • Just installed after a crash , stuck on fetching user data in the store and cannot sync to get my kits.

    Ahh, somehow the reinstall may have broken the authentication.. Apologies for that.

    The easiest way to fix this is to go to the Appdata Folder and delete the ".license file". After a restart of PercX you'll be able to authenticate PercX again and the Store should refresh like it should.

    (Win: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Auddict\PercX..)
    (macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Auddict/PercX/..)

    Please let me know if you run into any problems.

  • Now I am getting " Error at loading Expansions Voyage"
    This expansion is registered to another email address.

    Still cannot download or install any kits ?
    I own 5 Collections btw .



  • Deleted Expansions folder , restarted PercX , its now downloading.

    If you still face any broken kits (this sometimes happens when the whole authentication was messed up.) you can click on the little Account icon (dude) in the STORE and try "Repair Kits" or "Validate Sample Data". This will fix problems with broken kits. (dont forget to restart PercX)

  • Now the download just stops at the Raid kit , So I just deleted that and now it stops on another kit.Deleted that , loads a couple of kits and stops again.

    I think its fair to say that this is not really working properly 😉
    Maybe there should be an option to just download the kits from the account page.
