Cannot login via PercX standalone or in DAW



  • Hi , after a computer update/reinstall (iMac) PercX is saying it is not registered and is asking me for my login details. However it does not recognise my email/password, despite me having reset the password twice. Please can you advise what the problem is? Thanks.

    After a OS update PercX sometimes invalidates the authentication because behind the scenes the MachineID of the computer changed.

    If its not possible to authenticate directly, perhaps something broke the authentication file..

    To fix this go to the appdata folder and delete the .license file in there:
    (Win: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Auddict\PercX..)
    (macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Auddict/PercX/..)

    After a restart of PercX you should be able to authenticate again.
