downloading the software rpoblem

when the download reached 56.0/306mb it will not continue and it will say "failed-SERVER PROBLEM"
HOW TO FIX this? thanks

I was just informed that our server/cloud provider is implementing a worldwide system maintenance that may lead to local packet loss ( and interrupted downloads). Normally these server updates are done in a few minutes and it should after a short time be possible to download the file again.

So, if you encounter a broken download, please wait a short time and then try again. It should be ready by then.

Still can't download the updates either directly from program or from account, it keeps giving a "failed" download message (for Mac OS). Honestly, it was hard to download first time. Program sounds great, but hard to know if you can't use it.

By "failed" you mean, that you couldnt download the PercX installer in your browser (via account) or that the kits couldnt be downloaded in the internal PERCX STORE (via SYNC) ?

I can't download the update either directly from PercX, or after logging into account. The download package fails every time.

@do Yes, I'm the same problem. I won't download it until 97% of the time. It has been waiting for several days. Please hope to solve it as soon as possible
