    • Can I export the MIDI to my DAW?

      Can I export the MIDI to my DAW?

      Let's just say I've loaded up PercX's "Cracky Djuns" kit. Can I export the ENTIRE MIDI performance for that kit?
      Not just the individual tracks?

      I like exporting individual tracks too but the entire MIDI kit would also be a nice export feature so I could use the same kit rhythms and apply them universally to another sample library, like an LA Modern Percussion kit or a Strikeforce kit... or a stemmed out Damage kit.

      Just wondering...

      Thanks. - Andy

    • RE: Tempo sync problems

      Sorry for no replies... I feel bad for you that Auddict abandoned you.
      In the second image (the one with 112 bpm) can you right-click to determine if PercX saved the tempo info as "Sync to Host" or possibly it's defaulting to Mix A or Mix B. Also... check to see if Mix A and Mix B are synced to 120. Maybe one of those is synced to 112 (but it shouldn't save 112 bpm)???

      I imagine the downloads will reappear in the store on the new computer since it will have a different computer ID. Maybe?

      Did you open PercX in standalone mode? If not, do this:

      1. Go to your applications folder and launch PercX from there...
      2. Once it opens, click the cog wheel.
      3. That's where you need to change USE OPEN GL and set it to"NO".
      4. Close the standalone version... and relaunch your DAW.
        Then it should appear in your DAW.

    • How can I tune my snares (or any instrument) up (to a higher pitch)?

      I'm trying to create a marching band drumline patch. Since there are no piccolo snares (or snares pitched high), I'd like to use an existing snare and raise its pitch... I'd like to be able to do the same with the toms since there are no Roto-Toms or any high toms to use... where is the tune or pitch control/dial??

    • RE: Tempo controls?

      I figured it out on my own... I saw the tempo window and decided to try and see if I can set a different (unlocked/unsynced) tempo and it worked!!

      You should feature that subject in the manual or at least make it more obvious!

      Thanks.

    • RE: Loading in Kontakt 5

      @thatnorthernguy It's NOT a Kontakt instrument!

      Also... when installed correctly, the AU component AND the VST are installed automatically to the the correct plugin folders:

    • Tempo controls?

      Forgive me if I missed it... but I didn't see/cannot find, how to control the tempo of the overall kit.

      Is there a function I'm not seeing where I can set PercX to play the kit(s) at half-time?
      I'm currently working a project at 180 bpm and the kits are playing too fast at that tempo. I have ways to work around this but it would be FAR more convenient if PercX could be set to play at half-speed (1/2x) or double-time (2x) in other situations 3-meter (as in 2/3x [4/4 > 6/8] or 3/2x (6/8 to 4/4])...

      Thanks in advance... (for this forthcoming update!! 😁 ) - Andy

    • RE: How to share / load presets

      So I managed to copy your presets and was also able to import them "successfully" into my PercX but... where the hell are the presets? I don't even see a category or tab or folder or ANYTHING that displays the presets. They're aren't in the kits or collections or Mix windows... I can't find them anywhere?!

      I'm seeing the term "Blueprints" used in the manual and I also saw them when you (Christoph) also called them "Presets"... so I'm trying to figure this out...

      @muddyblue

      I'm not sure what you mean? And based on Christoph's reply, I'm even more confused. He thinks you're saving a project with "unsynced" (or to me... multiple) tempos?

      Are you saying that no matter what tempo your project is in... PercX always loads a default 120 bpm tempo? Because if that's what's happening to you, I can tell you... that is NOT happening to me. Whatever I save in Project files always loads the same tempo as saved. BTW... I'm on Logic Pro 10.4.5 and macOS High Sierra 10.13.6.
